My Brand Story

Ferne Creative is where my love of nature and my love of design meet. I’m a naturalist and a lifelong wildlife spotter, so I spent a lot of time thinking, “Why doesn’t anyone make products featuring a wider range of British species?”, especially the ones that nature lovers get excited about. So I decided to draw my own. Every illustration is drawn digitally on my iPad, which lets me capture all the little details that make each animal special.

With a background as a designer in the print industry, I care a lot about how things look and feel. That’s why I work with professional manufacturers (as much in the UK as possible) to bring my artwork to life and design all of my own packaging. I want my products to look lovely on shelves, feel good in people’s hands, and share my passion for wildlife with everyone.

    This Scottish Wildlife Trust Reserve is 130 hectares, including woodland, a freshwater loch and the visitor centre and hides. The Loch of the Lowes Visitor Centre offers spectacular views and a wildlife-themed gift shop.

Wholesale Order Information

  • Ordering

    Placing a wholesale order is simple and flexible. Fill in the forms below or through Faire with instant approval for businesses; I will send you a wholesale catalogue. You can order directly through me by email anytime, but as I change my products regularly, I prefer to send up-to-date line sheets each time.

  • Shipping

    Orders are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail tracked services. Shipping costs are kept fair at £5 with free shipping over £200.

  • Production & Lead Times

    Most products are held in stock and ready to ship, with dispatch usually within a few working days. If anything needs to be produced or restocked, I’ll keep you updated with clear timelines so you can plan ahead confidently.

  • Minimum Orders

    I keep things straightforward with a low and manageable minimum order of £20 and small minimums of each product/design designed to work for independent shops of all sizes. If you’re trying my products for the first time, I can help you put together a well-balanced starter selection.

  • Area Exclusivity

    I understand how important it is for independent shops to offer something unique. I do my best to avoid stocking too closely together, and I’m always happy to check your postcode before you place your order.

  • Custom Species Requests

    If there’s a specific species your customers adore or visit your site for and you don’t see it in my current range, feel free to ask. I can sometimes create new illustrations in the future or can make you exclusive custom items for a commission fee.
