Long-winged and prehistoric, the Grey Heron (Ardea cinerea) is a familiar sight above rivers, lakes, and flooded fields across the UK; it moves with the same stillness it brings to the water’s edge.

Though solitary by nature, herons often roost and breed in loose colonies, their ungainly nests high in treetops. In flight, however, the bird becomes almost architectural with its broad wings casting a prehistoric outline against the sky.

This vinyl sticker is printed on gloss, weatherproof material designed to endure field conditions.
