Every item I dispatch is meticulously packaged in plastic-free or recyclable materials, reflecting my dedication to reducing waste and preserving our ecosystems. While I strive to eliminate cello bags, we currently use biodegradable alternatives. I encourage my customers to dispose of these bags responsibly in black waste bins, facilitating their breakdown. At the same time, all other packaging can be recycled, further contributing to our collective efforts in building a greener future.

If you are an international buyer, please remember that, as a seller, I have no control over the postal service once it has been shipped or over customs charges. Customs fees are the responsibility of the receiver, and since Brexit, EU countries may incur a fee even if marked as a gift, which is not legally acceptable for me to do.
