Wildlife Sticker Club Subscription

Does the cost include customs fees?

Unfortunately I am not in control of import fees and taxes, which will need to be paid before arrival. Due to Brexit, this does include EU countries.

How does the Sticker Club work?

When you subscribe to my Sticker Club, you’ll receive exclusive wildlife-themed stickers each month, featuring themed British wildlife illustrations. These will be shipped around the same date each month, approximately the 15th, and will vary in size and design each time with 3-4 stickers or more each month. 

How much does it cost?

The Wildlife Sticker Subscription is £5.99 a month, including worldwide postage. This does not include custom fees.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes! You can cancel anytime through your account settings before the next billing cycle. If you want to cancel after the latest billing, feel free to get in contact, and if your order has not been shipped, then I can refund this. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship worldwide! Shipping costs are included in the subscription price, but this does not include custom import fees.

I missed a month. Can I get a past pack?

I order extra sticker packs each month, and after the subscriptions are sent out, I list a limited number on my website for sale. These are at a higher price point and do not include free postage.

As these are a limited edition theme each month, once these have sold out, I will not be reprinting them.

Can I return the stickers for a refund?

You can return the stickers within 14 days for a full refund, but they must arrive in resalable condition with the packaging unopened. Return postage will also need to be paid for at the customer's expense.

Commissions & Custom Artwork

What is your illustration process?

I love to discuss the project with you first and get as tight a brief as I can, then I like to lay out any text and graphics and do a very rough sketch around it to understand compositions. At this stage, I like to share it back to see if I am going in the right direction and make any changes.

At this point, it's helpful to have all the accurate text, as it saves moving it around later. I like to draw all the components separately, so we have flexibility later. I then go ahead and draw the piece in detail.

How can I commission a wildlife-inspired design?

Do you only work with wildlife organisations?

No! While I love collaborating with wildlife organisations and conservation groups, I’m also open to working with independent artists, brands, and businesses that share a passion for nature.

How much does a wildlife commission cost?

The cost varies depending on complexity, materials, and production requirements. As I am so busy, custom designs start from £100 but are quoted based on the time it will take to draw and design your project. I can provide a personalised quote after discussing your project. 

What information should I include in my inquiry?

A brief is great to provide an accurate quote, but if you are in the early idea stage, it would be great to know the subject (animal, plant, habitat, etc.) or if there are multiple, the intended use (personal, book, branding, garden design, etc.), size or format, deadline and a budget if known, as it helps me understand how I could create it with this in mind.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, preferably I like a 50% deposit; if not, a 30% is suitable to hold my time. The rest is payable on completion.

Do I own the artwork once it’s finished?

The copyright will always remain with me as the artist, but the usage needs to be discussed at the time of creation. I am open to commercial licensing and various usage, which will determine the cost.

Products & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 days, but an accurate timescale is available on your order page. UK orders are sent with 48-hour tracking unless express is selected, which is 24 hours. International orders are sent tracked, but can take 2 weeks.

Do you design all the products yourself?

Yes. Everything in my shop is illustrated and designed 100% by me. I even design the packaging myself. I do send all my artwork to be professionally made, so it is at a high-quality standard.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship worldwide! Shipping costs vary depending on the size of your order/selected items, so the total can be seen on the checkout page. I am not in control of import fees or taxes, so these are paid on arrival.

Can I return items for a refund?

You can return any of your ordered items or the total within 14 days for a refund, but they must arrive in resalable condition with the product packaging unopened. Return postage will also need to be paid for at the customer's expense, and the original shipping will not be refunded. 

What if my order is damaged or lost?

If your order arrives damaged, send me a photo of the item along with the packaging; that way, I can report it to Royal Mail, and I'll arrange a replacement. For lost packages, please allow extra time and contact me. The postal company will not classify it as lost until 7 days after the due date for UK orders and 25 days after the due date for international orders, so please keep this in mind.

Can I request a product?

I am always open to hearing what people are looking for, but due to the nature of professionally printing all my products, I cannot produce one-off products or stock every species.

About My Illustration Practice

How did you become an illustrator?

I have been drawing, painting, and creating ever since I could walk. I have multiple artists in my family, so it has always been a thing I have enjoyed, but I actually studied photography at university and ventured back into illustration for fun in 2020. I opened an Etsy, and the rest is history.

What mediums do you work in?

My work is fully digitally illustrated. I use Procreate and draw straight onto my iPad with an Apple Pencil. After I take it into InDesign to work on the typography.

I formerly painted with acrylic, so my style has a very textured feel.

Can I use your artwork for personal projects?

My artwork is copyrighted, but if you're interested in licensing, please reach out for details.
